how we are managed

Community Catalysts C.I.C is a wholly owned subsidiary of Shared Lives Plus but a separate organisation with a separate governance structure. The company is a Community Interest Company.

Community Catalysts has a Board of Directors with the some of the directors being also trustees of Shared Lives Plus. The Chairman of the Board is an independent director with a strong commercial background and the Chief Executive, Sian Lockwood,  is also a director of the company.
