New grant launched for Small Good Stuff members!

29 January 2021 · Categories: Communities Care, Small Good Stuff

Small Good Stuff is part of the wider Community Catalysts family and we’re all passionate about helping local people to help and care for other local people. Small Good Stuff gives people, tiny community organisations or groups the help they need to help and care for others – we call these very small ventures community enterprises.

As part of our ethos and social enterprise business model we are always looking for new ways to support the sector and reinvest back into the wider community. This year we’re pleased to announce the launch of two new grants especially for Small Good Stuff members.

We know that sometimes a small amount of money and a bit of tailored advice and support can make a huge amount of difference to community enterprises. So we’ve set aside £20,000 of our hard earned cash across two grant programmes and plan to give it away in individual grants of up to £500 through Small Good Stuff.

Alongside the money, grant recipients will also get access to tailored help and advice.

The first grant programme will help community enterprises provide more opportunities for the people they support while the second grant programme will help community enterprises to create and share an activity video for The Buzz.

Closing date for the grant applications is 21st February 2021.
