Strengthening the Coalition for Personalised Care

9 February 2022 · Categories: Coalition for Personalised Care

We’ve been supporting the Coalition for Personalised Care (C4PC) since its relaunch back in October 2020 as the single largest partnership of people and organisations in the country which comes together solely to focus on personalised health and care. Over the last year and a half, we’ve seen C4PC develop and grow so we’re really pleased to share the exciting news that C4PC has secured funding to recruit a dedicated team who will manage and support the Coalition’s activities.

These are turbulent and exciting times in the Health and Care sector, but we are confident that our new team will create a sustainable platform on which to seize the emerging opportunities to make Personalised Care the norm across all future frontline Healthcare practice.

Kim Ryley – Chair of C4PC

The team will include a Coalition Manager, a Membership Support Officer and a Communications Officer. These key appointments will provide a stable base to underpin C4PC’s ambitious work programme over the next few years.

We’re looking forward to hosting the new team on C4PC’s behalf as they continue to explore new commercial funding arrangements for the future.

We are really pleased to continue and strengthen our support for C4PC as hosts. It’s clear that personalised care is key to tackling social care and health inequalities and we’re proud to host a partnership committed to helping personalisation become a reality for all. We’re excited to be recruiting new roles to C4PC and our team.
