The Coalition for Personalised Care is looking for a new Chair to join the team!
The recent NHS change to Integrated Care Systems offers an opportunity for the Coalition to build even closer ties across health and social care delivery networks. With three recently appointed dedicated staff members, the Coalition for Personalised Care (C4PC) now has an unprecedented opportunity to work toward universal delivery of Personalised Care. The breadth and diversity of the network help C4PC to gather unique insight, share learning, highlight challenges and encourage change.
C4PC is looking for a visionary Chairperson who is passionate about Personalised Care and an expert by experience in providing and/or receiving health or social care. Their role will be to support the management team in delivering the Coalition’s objectives by acting as their lead ambassador and spokesperson.
Enthusiasm, commitment to Personalised Care delivery and lived experience are more important than formal leadership experience. C4PC welcomes applications from people from all sections of the community and encourages people from all backgrounds and levels of experience to apply.
This is a volunteer role with expenses being reimbursed. The expected time commitment is a minimum of two days a month for a period of up to two years.
A full role profile including the person specification is available here (PDF). Please email C4PC to request alternative formats, if required.
For an informal discussion about the role, please contact Programme Manager Emma Geldart on 07774 048919 or current Chair Kim Ryley on 07961 762802.
Applications including a CV and covering letter should be emailed to: recruitment.c4pc@coalitionforpersonalisedcare.org.uk. Within the covering letter, please explain why you are interested in the role and how you meet the person specification.
The closing date for applications is 1:00 pm on Friday 9 September 2022 with online interviews scheduled for Thursday 22 September.
Applications will be shared with members of the C4PC Executive Group.
