Our Building Collaborative Leadership programme equips senior leaders from health and care with the skills needed to lead effectively and collaborate across organisations.

During the programme our course directors will guide you through applying theory and research to real-life situations. You’ll focus on the mindset, values and attitudes needed for effective collaboration. You’ll also develop your key leadership skills, including conflict resolution, managing power dynamics and building relationships.

Taking place over eight days at The King’s Fund, you’ll join a programme group with no more than 16 participants. The course combines traditional learning sessions with guest speakers and time to reflect with the directors and your peers. You’ll leave the course with the knowledge of how best to collaborate in your day job, as well as with your fellow course attendees
