18 month report from the Birmingham Community-Micro Enterprise project. Community Catalysts were commissioned to coordinate the community micro-enterprise project in partnership with Birmingham City Council.

The aim of the project was to create imaginative options for people, shifting current thinking and practice from traditional models of care and support.
