Community Catalysts’ Impact Report – 2021-22

In this year’s impact report, we reflect on some of the highlights of 2021-22 which include:

• the extension of our community micro-enterprise development programmes ensuring that this type of localised, flexible and personalised support is available to more people and creating new and alternative roles in care
• the continued growth of the Local Area Coordination Network with more areas recognising the importance of asset-based approaches and the creation of inclusive and supportive communities
• our commitment to host the Coalition for Personalised Care and work alongside NHSEI, members and health and care system leaders to ensure personalised care is a reality for everyone
• the extension of our New Social Leaders programme
