The enabling state in practice

The Carnegie Trust ran the Enabling State Challenge inviting submissions from projects who were working in ways that resonated with the Enabling State model.

From 122 entries Community Catalysts were shortlisted and subsequently won one of the Challenge Awards for the Worcestershire micro-enterprise project which was a partnership between Community Catalysts, Worcestershire County Council and local people. The report outlines all the winning projects.
