People in rural areas can experience challenges in getting the help and care they need to live the life they want.
This project, in the vibrant rural area of Ryedale and Easingwold, is helping to increase local capacity by nurturing new and existing small enterprises who offer care and support locally. It also aims to support more inclusive communities and keep local money local by increasing the number of jobs, particularly in these rural areas.
The Change Group has been working in partnership to make changes to local cultures, systems and pathways to ensure that people can practically use the new community options that are emerging.
We are delighted to be working in partnership with Community Catalysts to develop and deliver innovative new approaches to support and care for people living in the Ryedale District. This project aims to offer additional choice by complementing existing provision for individuals looking for additional support to maintain independence and wellbeing.
