Hello – my name is Aly and after 35 years of working with people of all ages who need a little extra help (including family), I was delighted to have the opportunity to set  up my own business to help folk achieve their goals, in my local community. Working in partnership with you, and those closest to you, we can always find a way to achieve those goals by being practical, creative and respectful and whilst keeping a good sense of humour!

Often going the extra mile to make you feel as special as you are, I will always treat you with dignity and compassion whilst being flexible in meeting your needs, according to your needs and wants. Often these may involve:

• help with washing, dressing, getting around
• making meals and clearing up
• taking you on trips out/doing shopping
• cleaning, gardening and decorating/easy DIY
• sitting and chatting with a cuppa!

I also offer Thai Yoga Massage and mindfulness if you need some relaxation. If you’d like an informal chat to see if we can work together, I look forward to hearing from you!
