Hi

My name is Claire and I offer person centred care to individuals requiring assistance in their own homes.

I have past experience with complex needs, working within a day centre and on a 2:1 basis within the client’s home.

I have also worked within residential and nursing homes, supporting individuals who require day to day care and gaining vast experience with dementia.

I now work self employed, so I can give more of my time assisting individuals in their own homes at their own pace.

I am fully insured with DBS and training is up to date.
