Reviews of Leanne’s Private Care Services

Leanne came to work with us 3 years ago, when I was looking for help to support my elderly father, so he could continue to live independently at home. Leanne is caring, knowledgable about elderly care needs and immediately set about building a friendly but respectful relationship with Dad, who always enjoyed their chats together. A few months ago, we sadly had to say Goodbye to Leanne as Dad moved into 24 hour care. During a very difficult transition period, Leanne continued to support us, right to the end, when she was there to help Dad get packed and ready for his move.

I would definitely use Leannes private care service again . She looked after my mum while I was on holiday . Went in meal time to prep lunch , tidied up and kept an eye on tablets and did anything else she was asked. Also a friendly face popping in helped .

Leanne is very caring Has helped look after an often difficult dementia person. For several years. She does go the extra mile especially when l am away on holiday. Always try to sort any problem out. I know I can rely on her & am very grateful to have found her.

Leanne helped care for both my Uncle and Aunt of which both had different stages of dementia. Her help, support and continuous care in their own home was a fantastic relief to myself and family. She was reliable, friendly and trustworthy. They both felt comfortable with her supporting personal care, general household duties, medication and provide meals. She built up a lovely relationship with both of them and enabled family to feel secure they were being cared for on a daily basis.
