Providers Resume: My name is Victoria and I established Livingspring Care in August 2019. I have a wealth of experience within the care industry over the past 26 years, which includes working as care assistance to various residential and care homes in Newham council, and as a home carer in Redbridge social services. I then furthered my career by studying Childcare, which enabled me to obtain a degree in Education and Community Studies. Thereafter, I was employed as a crèche manager in Real Life Parenting. This company offered support to children with learning disabilities which inspired me to work with vulnerable individuals. I later worked with the London Borough of Havering for 7 years in the Children Centre as a Family Support worker. However, I later realised my true passion is to work with individuals who have learning disabilities, therefore I obtained employment in an organisation as an Outreach Support Worker, in which my job role comprised of supporting individuals with learning disabilities. Over course of the years I have gained valued experience, resulting in the birth of Livingspring Care, with the main aim is ensuring each individuals needs are met.
