Pop Up York is bringing exciting events into the heart of York’s neighbourhoods where everyone can enjoy them.
We not only help people and organisations organise movie screenings and parties, but we run public cinema events in local community venues where everyone is welcome!
With perfectly picked and properly projected films, Pop Up York is putting you in the pictures, right at the heart of your neighbourhood! As well as a brilliant film we have relaxed table seating, quizzes and an interval to chat to friends old and new.
We are challenging the idea that cinema has to be expensive and exclusive by keeping our prices as low as we can for tickets, snacks and drinks. By doing so we hope to make cinema social again.
