Share the Care (Chester) was set up by myself, Joanne, with the aim of helping families/individuals who are finding the added pressure of trying to look out for their aged loved ones mean that they are struggling even more with their own work life balance. Each client is unique in their needs and I take pride in the fact that as a small business owner I have the time to really get to know my clients and their families to ensure I can plan and deliver a truly personal person centred experience.
I am based in Chester and the areas I cover are Vicars Cross, Hoole, Boughton, Caldy Valley, Upton.
A bit about me, I’m a retired nurse, and I am a keen runner & Run Leader of a local running group and I can be regularly be found at the local parkrun.
So I would love to get people out and about as much as you are able. I love all kinds of music – from classical to rock but I especially love musical theatre, I can play the piano, love a good sing along and even partake in a pub quiz every week!
The kind of services I offer are:
Companionship
Hobbies and trips out
Personal care
Shopping
Picking up prescriptions
General admin help
Attending appointments
Light house-keeping
Cooking/preparing meals
Comfort/safety check ins
Pet care.
My aim is to be there for you or your loved ones when I’m needed – Caring is Sharing!
I welcome people on direct payments and I am happy with the rate.
