Jill has been in Business Management for over 25 years working in large and small organisations. In her roles she has been responsible for the day to day running of the operations, dealing with all aspects of operational and pastoral care as well as achieving service levels, targets against budget and customer satisfaction.
A big part of her role has been implementing new systems and developing initiatives to ensure the best quality, process and cost for the business.
Jill joined Community Catalysts seeking a new challenge where she could use her skills and experience to help the company along its journey to greater success.
