Katy has 20 years’ experience in the Utility Industry, originally working to serve customers in facilitating their water billing accounts. Throughout her years there, she progressed up the ranks, her last role being Service Delivery Manager, managing a team of anything up to 10 team leaders, who in turn had between 10 – 15 people in their teams.
It was during this role that Katy got to experience networking with key stakeholders in and out of the business. People were at the heart of everything she did, coaching people to excel in their role and provide the highest quality customer service.
Katy is excited to work as a Community Enterprise Catalyst and experience a totally new work life, with people still being her focus. There is nothing better than knowing you have had a positive day and helped someone along the way!
In her spare time Katy loves being with friends and family, watching shows, live comedy or just having dinner / drinks with lots of laughs!
