Community Catalysts’ Impact Report – 2022-23
In this year’s impact report, we reflect on some of the highlights of 2022-23 which include the continued:
- extension of our community micro-enterprise development programmes ensuring that this type of localised, flexible and personalised support is available to more people, creating new and alternative roles in care
- growth and development of the Local Area Coordination Network to create inclusive and supportive communities
- our continued hosting and development of the Coalition for Personalised Care, working alongside NHSEI, members and health and care system leaders to ensure personalised care is a reality for everyone
- development of our Big Conversation approach
