Highlights include:

• Extension of our community micro-enterprise development programmes ensuring that this type of localised, flexible and personalised support is available to more people, creating new and alternative roles in care
• Growth and development of the Local Area Coordination Network to create inclusive and supportive communities
• Our continued hosting and development of the Coalition for Personalised Care, working alongside NHSEI, members and health and care system leaders to ensure personalised care is a reality for everyone
• Development of our Big Conversation approach
• An increase in reach and policy influence
