Hi my name is Isabelle Woodward and I have worked many years in the care sector, and also
as a gardener in a therapeutic setting as as a nursery nurse.
I am a dynamic and caring person who enjoys forming close relationships with my clients so
that they feel at ease to communicate their needs but also to share happy times together. I
am passionate about giving the right support so clients can stay in their homes and thrive.
I specialise in providing all round home and social care, gardening and dog walking service
for adults living in their home who find themselves needing a little extra support.
Depending on the clients needs and wishes I can offer;
Personal Care: including; bathing, dressing, medication prompting
Home Help including; light house-keeping, cooking (including special diets), laundry,
shopping
Outings: taking clients to medical appointments, social events and days out
Garden maintenance and garden activities: mowing, weeding, pruning, planting and
sowing.
Dog walking and general pet care
Help with activities and hobbies: arts and crafts, baking, gardening, walking, social
clubs etc… Helping source activities in the community related to the clients interests.
Companionship
Respite care including occasional night stays
This service enables the client to continue living in their home with the physical and
emotional support that they require, fulfilling their needs and wishes and creating
connection, to reduce isolation and if need be provide respite for carers.
I can work with adults returning home from hospital, the elderly, adults with mental health
issues / learning difficulties, adults with physical disabilities and mother’s with a new-born.
Enhanced DBS, full UK driving licence, fully insured, all mandatory and statutory
training updated on an annual basis, most recently this has included First Aid,
Safeguarding, Manual Handling, Food Safety. Membership with NACAS and ICO.
