As a boutique company, we provide customisable services; safe, effective, compassionate and high quality care through comprehensive domiciliary and specialisation in palliative end-of-life care. We provide a 24 hour service for adults who may be bed bound, who may need help overnight and adults with behavioural needs. We support individuals to recognise and develop their own strengths and abilities to live a fulfilling life.
We also provide a dedicated live-in-care services with one-to-one support that clients might not get in a care home. We ensure that our clients can maintain and enjoy their normal routines and lifestyles in their own homes on a 24/7 basis.
Our person centred care approach ensures services are included in any decision making for their own health and wellbeing. We believe that everyone deserves to be treated with dignity, compassion and respect and this is the reason why we work comprehensively with our clients to ensure they enjoy their lives at home with the care and attention they deserve. This is our view on how personalised home care should be. Because everyone is different, each of our clients receive a personalised care plan. We then provide a shortlist of highly trained carers matched to clients on personality, lifestyle, hobbies and interests as well as any specific care needs. This carer will stay with clients for up to three months at a time before they take a break and will alternate with another carer who is just as suitable as the first.
It’s so important to us that our clients can retain as much independence as possible even as their personal care needs grow. Living at home minimises the stress and pressure that people can often feel when their health or circumstances change. Our live-in care helps to maintain peace of mind and ensures personal comfort – with client surroundings and this also preserves community and reduces isolation.
We have experience of delivering and managing domiciliary care services in the Greater London area for the last 20 years and together with the team we are dedicated to augmenting not duplicating community provided services. We have highly trained staff that are caring and compassionate, and provide effective, high-quality personalized health care services and an exceptional customer service – offering a personal touch as we build specialized care plans for each of our clients.
