Team Autism are holding a free one-day course for autistic adults and those
on the waiting list for a diagnosis at Harraby Community Campus (Carlisle) on Thursday 3rd April from 10:30 – 14:30. Attendees will get a CPD certificate at the end of the course.

The course was created by autistic people and will be presented by two autistic adults via a slideshow; they will share their experiences, offer coping strategies, and answer questions.
You can sit quietly, there is no test or writing, and if you feel comfortable to you can
share your own experiences and tips. There is no pressure to talk, and there are lots of
comfort breaks as well as an hour lunch break with a light lunch provided.
