Northern Fells Group are holding a dementia awareness session on Wednesday 21st May from 10:30 – 12:30 in Wigton Community Hospital, Cross Lane, Wigton, CA7 9DD. The session will be informal with plenty of interaction and opportunity for discussion. They will explore dementia as well and how it affects those who are living with it, as well as their loved ones and carers.

It is open to staff, volunteers, or members of the public, and aimed at anybody who is interested in learning more about dementia and how we can help those living in our communities.

There is some parking available around the hospital site and also on-street parking locally.
