Forget Me Not Services are running 2 clubs on Wednesday afternoons at Tonbridge Baptist Church
Moving to Music 2pm – 3pm
Seated exercises to popular tunes. Welcome to all abilities – just do as much or as little as you want. A relaxed, fun, friendly group with refreshments and biscuits.
Senior Singers 3.15pm – 4.15pm
Group singing to classic songs from the 50s, 60s & 70s. Song sheets provided. No requirements to have an amazing voice. Open to everyone who enjoys singing & meeting others. Very beneficial to general well being. Refreshments and biscuits provided.
Both groups are dementia friendly & wheelchair accessible. All inclusive and about meeting others, making friends & enjoying yourself.
It is £5 a session and carers go free. If money is a barrier, just pay what you feel you can afford.
