In honour of the International Day of Older Persons, Diane at Community Catalysts attended an event celebrating ageing well in Warrington. The event was hosted by LifeTime at The Gateway, and was attended by 150-200 people throughout the day. It was fantastic to network with the numerous stall holders all offering services and support to our older communities, and to watch several performance groups who showcased the fun, vibrancy, and wide scope of services available to older adults in Warrington.

LifeTime is a welcoming community for people aged 50 and over in Warrington. They offer a wide range of activities designed to support wellbeing, connection, and purpose in later life. There are over 50 sessions to choose from each week that have been designed by the people who use them. It’s free to join and the session costs range from free to £6, depending on the activity.
