Welcome to the BIPC (Business & IP Centre) Cumbria  which is part of a national network of centres by the British Library, located in Carlisle Library.

The aim of these centres is to provide advice and support to business owners, entrepreneurs, inventors, and people with a business idea. The team are there to help you achieve your business goals. Anyone can use the resources available at the centres free of charge. Some of their physical resources, such as books on business management, require a library membership to access.
