As the new Community Catalysts project in Warrington gains momentum, with a number of new enterprises working their way through the development programme, it has been especially helpful to link with Warrington Chamber of Commerce. So far, with a dedicated liaison, the Chamber has been able to provide additional support for people in relation to funding for start-up equipment, deciding what type of business they want to run (sole trader or limited company etc), and with social media and marketing.

We are currently discussing the provision of a bespoke workshop for CMEs to talk about and gain support with keeping and maintaining their finances, as well as guidance around completing their first self-assessments for tax.
