As we move into the colder months and the nights grow longer, feelings of isolation can start to set in. Attending community events during this time can be a great way to stay connected and help reduce those feelings of loneliness.
I am thrilled to announce that Groundwork North Wales offer a fantastic series of craft workshops at Venue in the Park, located in Alyn Waters Country Park.
From macrame to mosaic, these hands-on workshops invite local residents to tap into their creative side while enjoying the beautiful surroundings of the park.
Open to both seasoned crafters and complete beginners, the workshops offer a variety of fun activities, giving participants the chance to learn new skills under the guidance of expert instructors.
These sessions are a wonderful opportunity to try out new techniques, meet fellow crafters, and immerse yourself in the joy of making. Whether you’re passionate about mosaic, macrame, or paper crafting, there’s plenty of inspiration to be found.
Whether you’re coming on your own, with friends, or as a family, there’s something for everyone to enjoy.
Led by experienced instructors, each session offers personalised guidance and support, ensuring a rewarding experience for all.
All materials and tools are provided, and the price includes a hot drink and a delicious slice of cake from the onsite Caffi Cyfle. All proceeds support Groundwork North Wales’ charitable work in the community.
