Connect and Collaborate Forum
A new quarterly Connect and Collaborate Forum is being launched to support the BCP prevention strategy, which we’d like to highlight as an excellent opportunity for Community Micro-Enterprises to get involved with. Many community‑led activities and services already play a vital role in preventing people from needing higher levels of support, and this forum creates the opportunity to be part of a wider conversation about prevention priorities across BCP, alongside Adult Social Care (ASC) practitioners, commissioners, and voluntary and community sector (VCS) partners.
What is the forum about?
The Connect and Collaborate Forum supports the delivery of the ASC Prevention Strategy 2025 – 2030 by:
- Sharing good practice and innovation in prevention.
- Strengthening cross-sector relationships.
- Identifying gaps and opportunities in community support.
- Informing commissioning and service design.
Who can join?
The forum is open to:
- ASC practitioners.
- Commissioners.
- VCS and grassroots organisations.
- Invited partners.
The first forum will take place on 24th February from 11:00 – 12:30.
