The Dorset Recovery Education Centre (REC) offers a range of useful educational courses focusing on recovery and wellbeing. The courses are free to anyone over 18 years old living in Dorset and are aimed at people with personal experience of mental health difficulties, those accessing mental health services, and carers, friends, family, supporters, and staff.

The Recovery Education Centre (REC) is delivered in partnership between Dorset HealthCare and the Dorset Mental Health Forum, a local peer-led charity.
