CP Fitness Wellbeing Venue, with rooms to book and free martial arts classes

It has been amazing to work with Cristina and Mark who run the CP Fitness Wellbeing Venue. They have had more than their fair share of challenges to get where they are (including being flooded twice!) This community venue is there to help local businesses and entrepreneurs to have accessible space, especially when working with people in the local community who may be older and/or disabled.

See their website for more information, or to book a room!

In addition to this, they run the HIVE, providing martial arts and fitness classes which are free of charge for local people with learning disabilities.

It is with huge relief and congratulations that I can share their launch statement of an amazing community resource in Wantage!
