Following the success of last year, our friends at Care Development East, Suffolk County Council, and SNEE ICB are again hosting a Dementia Marketplace. This year’s event will be even bigger, and packed with dementia specialists, helpful exhibitors, and community support.

Community Catalysts are very excited to be joining in and will be hosting a stall.
