I have vast experience in health and social care sector, having worked in hospitals, day services as well as in the community for over ten years. I help people with a variety of wants, wishes and needs. I offer a flexible, responsive, person-centered support service that gives people choice and control. My aim is to help support people live as independently as possible in their own home and to help navigate the out and about in the community. I am reliable, hard-working, trustworthy and have a friendly demeanor. I am polite, respectful and I am passionate about delivering an honest, caring, professional and safe service. I am a lone worker and I also work well in a team.
I am skilled at providing high quality services to children, young and elderly people (& other vulnerable adults): with challenging behaviours, mental health conditions, dementia, Alzheimer’s, autism, physical or learning disabilities, sensory impairments, motor neurone disease, tourette syndrome, epilepsy, etc
I can support with machines that can be overwhelming. I have gained experience in setting up, using and operating a few machines i.e. PEG feed, Cpap, Bipap, suctioning, cough assist, blood pressure, oxygen sats, blood sugar monitoring etc.
The services I offer include:
