Qualifications and courses I keep up to date with:
First aid, medication rules and regulations, safeguarding.

Care duties I provide: routine, non-surgical foot care to maintain mobility and comfort, treating common issues like nail trimming, corns, calluses, ingrown toenails and fungal infections. Diabetic foot checks, footwear advice.

I am kind, hardworking and a good communicator. I have been in a care setting in many different forms and roles. I started working in nursing homes for Leonard Cheshire and then 20 years in dentistry as a nurse, and now back in private home care.  I get so much enjoyment from caring and looking after people. I am a member of NACAS (National Association of Care and Support Workers) and registered with ICO to safeguard GDPR. I always work with people and have a good understanding of their needs and wishes.
