Amanda Burbidge Integrative Counselling

In life we can at any time find ourselves struggling with difficult thoughts and feelings.  It may seem like there is no way to ‘sort it out’.

Sometimes, it is not always clear what is making us feel the way we do, all we know is that life is not comfortable and we are really unhappy.

Discover how time for yourself spent in counselling, can enable you to unravel your thoughts and make sense of that which has been disrupting your peace of mind.

I am able to offer to you a small, select variety of therapeutic models i.e. Person-Centred,Transactional analysis, Acceptance & Commitment therapy, Cognitive behavioural therapy, Mindfulness, Motivational Enhancement therapy and Behavioural Couples therapy for alcoholism and drug abuse.

My work with you, centres around honouring you as a individual, and takes full account of your needs and way of being.
