I am a sole trader based in Exeter working within the area, I recently moved from Somerset where I have been a micro provider (personal assistant)since 2015.
My aim is to support people with the day to day living, making things easier.

I have an NVQ 3 in health and social care and have been in the care sector since 2001.
I have had experience working in a nursing home, supporting adults with complex learning difficulties and with people with mental health issues.
I’ve had a lot of experience supporting people with dementia, Parkinsons, and other complex health issues.
I offer support at home and in the community.
Offering :
Personal care.
Domestic chores.
Escorted shopping trips.
Maintain family /friend contact.
Light gardening.
Sitting service.
My aim is to help maintain independence to enable people to live in their home.
