Reviews of Angel Hands Care & Befriending

Carly takes great care of my Nanna, who suffers with dementia and Alzheimer’s. She is kind , caring and professional always letting my Nan lead the way with her care and what she would like on that given day. Carly is adaptable so that if something changes with my nana I know I can talk to her about it. It’s such a relief to know that my nana has someone else with her best interest at heart . I would totally recommend Carly to anyone needing a carer.

I would highly recommend carly, she's very kind, caring and very professional. She cared for my mam who had dementia and carly was so nice with my mam. She gave my mam excellent care and would highly recommend her as a carer.

Carly has looked after my mam for just over a year. Mam and myself couldn't of managed without the care she provides. Carly is very professional and mam thinks the world of her. Nothing is too much trouble. We all get on so well and Carly has supported mam through different stages with her mobility and care needs Carly is a credit to her profession

Carly took amazing care of my mum. Her attention to detail and caring nature make her excellent at providing personal, caring home care. I can’t recommend her enough. Having her coming into my mum’s home gave me so much reassurance knowing my mum was safe, was well cared for and Carly would go the extra mile for her. She always ate well with nutritious meals and snacks left prepared and ready for her to pick at as she fancied. Personal care can be an uncomfortable thing for people to allow people they don’t know into their own home to help them with – especially when they are proud like my mum! Carly handled this sensitively and always had a great laugh with my mum bringing joy into her days and allowing her to be part of a conversation not talked around or an inconvenience. Thanks, Carly, for all your help both to me taking away the pressure and stress and for my mum bringing laughter into her home and reliable, caring, high quality home care.

Carly is very easy to get on with, she is straight forward and very kind. I can tell Carly anything because I trust her so much. Carly is very knowledgeable and always strives to answer any questions or support me with finding out the information that I require. Carly is the best and I look forward to seeing her every week. I would highly reccomend her to anyone looking for a carer.

Carly is very friendly, she is always helpful and goes above and beyond to help me with whatever I need her to do when she visits me. She makes the best meals and is always conscious of my diabetes. Carly always visits with a smile which definitely brightens up my day.

I have found Carly to be the best carer my stepmother Diane has had. She is dependable, thoroughly professional and a person who you can trust to give the best care possible to someone who needs support. Diane looks forward to Carly’s visits and I and my wife are grateful she is in such good hands when Carly is there.

Carly looked after my Mum before she went into residential care and was lovely. She dealt with her with such professionalism and empathy and Mum loved her. Nothing was too much trouble, Carly was so adaptable and completely trustworthy, I’ve no hesitation in recommending her.

Thank you Emma. It was a pleasure to care for your mum. We had so much fun, I always remember her naming me 'nurse Carly' to the other ladies who visited.

We employed carly to help care for mum after too many inconsistencies with the big care agency's. Mum is much more settled now and gets on well with carly, she is very flexible when we need her out of the regular days. Anything we have asked of her she has been happy to do. Would definitely recommend her to others.
