Advice and information, Health and wellbeing, Planning and representation including advocacy and Support Planning,
I help adults with ADHD, autism and other forms of neurodivergence better understand themselves and develop practical strategies for everyday life.
Whether you’re questioning if you’re neurodivergent, navigating a recent diagnosis, struggling with executive functioning, burnout, masking or workplace challenges, I offer neuro-affirming coaching and mentoring tailored to you. My approach combines lived experience as an autistic and ADHD adult with over 30 years in healthcare, giving you both empathy and evidence-informed guidance.
Together we’ll build confidence, reduce overwhelm, improve self-understanding and create strategies that work with your brain—not against it. I also provide support in understanding ADHD and autism diagnosis pathways, including NHS, Right to Choose and private assessments.
Access to Work funding is welcomed, and I provide workplace strategy coaching and specialist support to help neurodivergent employees develop practical strategies, improve executive functioning, manage workplace demands and thrive at work.
