At Aspire Support, my aim is to help you live a life that feels meaningful, connected and truly your own. I believe you deserve the chance to explore, learn, laugh and grow — and I’m here to support you every step of the way.
I will take the time to get to know you: what you enjoy, what matters to you, and what you want for your future. My support is friendly, consistent and completely centred around you. We’ll work together at your pace, building confidence and independence in ways that feel comfortable and achievable.
You can get support at home or out in the community. This might include:
• Learning new skills like cooking, routines, cleaning or budgeting
• Getting out and about to clubs, groups, hobbies or volunteering
• Building friendships, confidence and social skills
• Feeling less lonely and having someone to talk to
• Using public transport safely and exploring new places
• Keeping on top of your health, wellbeing and appointments
• Support as you move from education into adulthood and greater independence
My values guide everything I do — respect, kindness, transparency, safety, connection, joy and empowerment. I want you to feel heard, understood and supported by someone who genuinely cares.
I have an enhanced DBS, full insurance and I follow OSAB guidance so you can feel safe and supported at all times.

I have been working with Aspire Support for nearly 3 months. I’m very happy with how things are going and with Jade who has experience of working with autism and my special needs. I like it that we can go to social groups and do practical things like card making , batch cooking or going for walks together. I feel that Jade understands me when I feel like stressed and overwhelmed and she puts me at ease.

Jade was the Team Leader in a house where she supported our special needs son (one of four housemates) for just over 2 years. During that time she showed herself to be approachable, a highly competent and caring professional. She is a naturally innovative and inspirational individual. She really takes the time to get to know the individual and plan activities accordingly. She regularly went the extra mile and the house became a home. We wholeheartedly recommend her.

Jade has supported our son who has learning disabilities in a sensitive, caring and supportive way. Her personal skills make her exceptional in this role. She is hard working, inventive and goes above and beyond to support those she works with. Jade is supportive of parents and our son has enjoyed every moment with her. She has enabled him to develop and grow while ensuring his independence and encouraging his social development. Jade is an outstanding leader who inspires all around her.

For the past two years Jade has been the Team Leader providing support for my daughter in a shared house. During this time we have had total peace of mind knowing that every aspect of her life has been overseen by a caring, professional, competent lady.
Jade is extremely reliable and innovative making every day fun.
