Hello, I am Caroline and I have lived in Suffolk my entire life. I currently care for my elderly parents and godmother with differing practical and emotional needs.
I also have personal experience in caring for a loved one with dementia as well as professional experience working with families living with dementia and understanding the challenges it can bring.
I have worked with older people and their wider families and loved ones for a number of years, offering a person centred approach to supporting their practical, emotional needs together with providing valuable information, advice and guidance about products and services that may be useful.
I support my clients with a wide range of services including but not limited to: companionship, transportation, accompanying to appointments, shopping, low level housework and gardening, joining activities, reconnecting with the local community, simple IT and administration, decluttering.
I am also experienced in preparing Attendance Allowance applications and offer a one off fee to meet with clients as many times as needed to complete and submit the application form. I currently hold a 100% success rate for applications compared to the average 60% applications turned down nationally by the DWP.
I feel very lucky to work day to day, making small but meaningful differences, to people’s lives and look forward to the opportunity of talking to you about how I can help you or a family member to live life better.
