BALVIK Independent Living Support provides friendly, flexible, non-regulated support for adults in Halstead and surrounding areas who want a little extra help to stay independent, connected and involved in everyday life.
Support is provided by one consistent, familiar person, helping to build trust and continuity rather than relying on a changing team.
BALVIK can support people with companionship, shopping and errands, getting out and about, hobbies and activities, practical tasks at home, paperwork and everyday organisation, digital support, light meal preparation and pet-related support.
The approach is person-centred and built around what matters to each individual — support alongside you, not taking over.
BALVIK does not provide personal care or regulated care activities.
I have an Enhanced DBS for the Adult Workforce, Public Liability Insurance and extensive experience and training in Adult Social Care, safeguarding, the Mental Capacity Act and strengths-based support.
Support is currently £28 per hour.
