Ask to see a provider’s portfolio

This symbol means that the enterprise leader has a portfolio (folder) containing all the elements that show how they meet our Doing It Right Standards. It will provide you with information on the way that they work, checks they have in place, policies, procedures, and more. You can ask to see it to help you make any care choices.

Hi, I’m Lisa.

I am a passionate wellbeing practitioner offering holistic, person-centred support to individuals, families and care settings. I work on both a 1:1 basis and in group sessions within homes, care homes and retirement living environments.

I am NVQ Level 2 & 3 qualified in Health & Social Care, a Dementia Friend, DBS checked and fully insured. I have experience supporting older adults, people living with dementia, learning disabilities, poor mental health and additional needs. My approach is calm, compassionate and trauma-aware, always tailored to the individual.

My services include companionship, appointment visits (care insured), care home group wellbeing sessions, retirement living support, Reiki, relaxation massage (hands, feet and Indian head massage), pedicures, chair-based exercise and sensory support sessions using music, lighting, scent and taste to gently stimulate the five senses.

I aim to reduce isolation, promote independence and create peaceful moments for the body, mind and soul. I believe small moments of connection can make a big difference to someone’s day.

I am warm, friendly and love a good natter. In my spare time I enjoy walking in nature, travelling in my campervan and spending quality time with my family.

My goal is to continue growing my wellbeing services within the community, supporting people to feel valued, relaxed and empowered in their everyday lives.
