I’m Bettina, I have a passion for anything dance and the arts and the huge benefits these have on people’s mental, physical, emotional and social wellbeing!
In my career, I have travelled the world dancing! For the last 15 years I have lived in Chester and have brought my passion to my local communities. I teach dance and facilitate dance projects, session and classes to people from all walks of life, including people with additional needs, learning disabilities, people who are elderly, people with dementia….anybody and everybody!
I not only believe that dancing and being creative improves our health and wellbeing and makes us happier – I know this from my own experience. Dance has kept me well physically and mentally, it has kept me grounded when the world around me has gone crazy, it has connected me to amazing people and it the principles of dance (tuning into your body, connecting to yourself and others, finding joy in all kinds of movements, staying open to new possibilities and being creative) that continue to guide and inform my way of being in this world.
In my spare time, I adore my gardening, cooking, baking, walking, hiking, reading and more!
