Adult Social Care and Enrichment in Boscombe

Bright Futures offers bespoke, person-centred enrichment sessions for adults who draw on care and support, including adults with additional needs, learning disabilities, physical disabilities, neurodiversity, or mental health needs.

Based at Urban Shanti Studio in Boscombe, we provide a welcoming, inclusive space with disabled access, accessible parking and one accessible toilet. Our sessions are designed to meet individuals where they are, supporting confidence, wellbeing and meaningful connection.

We offer a range of creative and wellbeing activities including arts and crafts, dance, cultural movement, fitness, gentle exercise, mindfulness and meditation. Sessions can be delivered one-to-one or in small, supportive groups, depending on what best suits the individual’s needs, confidence and preferences.

Access begins with a free phone consultation, available to the individual, their family member or carer. This conversation allows us to understand support needs, interests, preferred session size, suitable days and times, and any sensory or access requirements. Costs are discussed during this consultation and are based on what the individual can afford, taking personal budgets and funding arrangements into account.

Our aim is to offer flexible, accessible opportunities that support social connection, creativity, physical wellbeing and enjoyment in a safe, respectful environment. Sessions are created collaboratively and can grow organically as confidence and relationships develop.

Bright Futures works alongside individuals, families and carers to ensure sessions feel supportive, empowering and genuinely person-centred.
