Brookfield Support is a local, micro-enterprise community support service built by Laura, who has worked in the care sector as a senior leader for over 7 years, dedicated to providing personalised, reliable, and compassionate support to people living in their own homes across the Waveney area and surrounding communities. Brookfield Support was founded in response to the challenges many people face in accessing consistent, high-quality care in rural communities. We recognised that individuals and families were often experiencing frequent changes in care staff, missed visits, and limited availability of support services. Our aim is to offer a more personal approach, where people can build trusted relationships with familiar faces who understand their individual needs, preferences, and routines. We believe that everyone deserves the opportunity to live independently, safely, and with dignity in the place they call home. Our services are tailored to each person and include companionship, light cleaning, meal preparation, support with mobility and confidence-building, being independent in your home, domestic assistance, and support to access the local community.
As a micro-enterprise, we are able to provide a flexible, responsive service that puts people at the centre of everything we do.
