Although each individual is unique in their support needs, if required I can also encourage and support people to continue doing as many daily tasks as possible, pursue their hobbies and interests, stay active and ultimately enjoy an improved sense of wellbeing.
I always treat others as I would wish to be treated. This saying goes far beyond simply being kind to people, or going out of your way to be available or helpful to those in need. Treating people fairly means that you treat them in ways that are most appropriate to their needs.
