C.A.F.E, Creating A Future Empowered, is a community based social enterprise and transformation centre, helping individuals grow in confidence, identity, and direction for life, career, and education.
Led by our Impact Partner, a Certified Coach, Accredited and Licensed Style Coach, Positive Psychology Practitioner, GC Index Accredited Consultant, Professional Organiser, and Colour Analyst, C.A.F.E offers a safe, cafe style environment for reflection, conversation, and growth.
Our Impact Partner understands what it feels like to be unheard, misunderstood, or uncertain about who you truly are. Through her own journey, she rebuilt confidence and self worth beyond the perceptions of others, and now helps others do the same, especially mothers returning to work, women rebuilding identity, and young people seeking direction.
Services include Identity Starts At Home, a coaching programme for parents, and Before The World Tells You, our identity, employability and independence programme for young people aged 16 to 25 moving into education, work, or independence. Alongside these, we offer Personal Colour Analysis, Decluttering and Life Simplification, and Christian Mentoring, a free 40 minute Mastermind held once every quarter.
