C4J Care & Companionships is an independent, small business being established to support adults in Hadleigh and the surrounding Suffolk community.

My aim is to provide compassionate, respectful and person-centred support that helps people maintain their independence, dignity and quality of life in the comfort of their own homes.

I believe everyone deserves to feel valued, listened to and treated as an individual. I take a caring and understanding approach, recognising that each person has their own needs, preferences, routines and life experiences.

The service aims to offer friendly companionship, meaningful conversation, emotional support and practical assistance with everyday living. My goal is to help people feel less isolated, maintain their confidence and continue enjoying life in familiar surroundings.

I understand the importance of building trust, respecting privacy, promoting choice and treating people with kindness and patience. I am committed to safeguarding, maintaining professional standards and continually developing my knowledge and skills to provide a safe, reliable and supportive service.
