Hello, my name is Sarah Carter and I am the sole trader of Care by Sarah.

I have worked in the care sector for a number of years both in the community and in a residential setting.

I have gained my L3 Adult Social Care Qualification and I also have a L2 End of Life Care Certificate.

I have public liability insurance, have an Enhanced DBS and I hold a valid Emergency First Aid Certificate.

I am also Registered and Accredited by Somerset Council.

I have decided to become a micro-provider and set up Care by Sarah as I understand the importance of being able to remain at home, and although I will encourage and promote your independence I also appreciate that sometimes we all need a little helping hand.

I am here to support you with continuity, a holistic and person centred approach, empowering you to live the way you wish.
