We are passionate about improving the lives of elderly and disabled people in Croydon. Our mission is to reduce loneliness, enhance well-being, and promote independence through compassionate, person-centered support services.

Community Groups:
We run weekly sessions to help people improve socialising, mobility, confidence, and cognitive skills. Activities include gentle chair exercises, arts and crafts, dance and music, talk sessions, trips, health drop-ins and workshops promoting independence. Our groups provide a safe and engaging space where support is accessible and meaningful relationships are fostered.
Befriending Service:
Our befriending service supports older adults experiencing loneliness, isolation, or challenges with daily living. Our team of befrienders work closely with families and carers to ensure service users receive the best quality support and do not fall through the gaps.
We provide companionship and emotional support to improve well-being and social connection. We also offer support with light housekeeping, meal planning, and laundry etc. Our befriending service is flexible and personalised; it’s your support, your way. We’ll work with you to develop a plan that suits your needs.
Transport:
We also assist service users with medical appointments, shopping, and social outings. Our friendly drivers go beyond drop-offs and can accompany individuals who may lack confidence or need mobility support.
