Availability information last updated: 13th November, 2025

We are passionate about improving the lives of elderly people, disabled adults, individuals with learning disabilities and autism in Croydon. Our mission is to reduce loneliness, strengthen independence and enhance well-being through meaningful, person-centred support.

Services for Older Adults

Our support for older adults over 55 focuses on social connection, emotional well-being and practical assistance. We run weekly community groups offering chair-based exercise, arts and crafts, Biodanza dance, massages, music, talk sessions, day trips, health drop-ins and workshops that encourage active independent living. These sessions create a warm and friendly space where people can build confidence and genuine relationships.

Every Wednesday at 36 Fellows Court, Morland Road, CR0 6NA – £4 per session

Our befriending service offers companionship for older adults who may feel isolated or find daily living challenging. Befrienders provide emotional support, conversation and light household help such as meal planning and laundry. We work closely with families and carers to ensure every individual receives personalised support that fits their needs. Our transport service assists with medical appointments and shopping, with drivers who can accompany those needing mobility or confidence support.

CONNECT – Activities for people with Learning Disabilities & Autism

CONNECT is our dedicated activity space offering creative and sensory sessions including arts and crafts, sensory room, dance, exercise, singing circle, and enrichment games. Each session is £20, with our Cooking Club priced at £25. Each session is 1 – 1.5hrs. CONNECT provides a supportive environment where people can learn, socialise and explore new skills with confidence.
